The Twin Cities Poodle Club, Inc. is holding a Canine Eye Registration Foundation (CERF) Clinic on Tuesday, April 13, 2010.  All breeds are welcome.

The examinations will be performed by Dr. Dennis Olivero DVM, DACVO, and will be done by appointment.  To make an appointment, please call Sue Blomquist of the Twin Cities Poodle Club at 651-213-1022.

Please allow 10 minutes for eye drops.

EXAMINATION COST: $26.00 per dog (members and non-members). Cash or Check payable to Twin Cities Poodle Club - NO CREDIT CARDS.

DIRECTIONS: Highway 100 to the junction of Highway 7 (County Road 25). Highway 7 is marked as County Road 25 on the East Side of Highway 100. Take the County Road 25 exit going east. Do not take the Highway 7 exits as they go west from Highway 100. The clinic is ¾ mile east on the south frontage road (next to the Lakeland Motel). The sign reads: VETERINARY SPECIALTY PRACTICE – ANIMAL EYE CLINIC.

IMPORTANT: You will need to fill out a CERF registration form for each dog being examined so be sure to bring the following information pertaining to each dog:

• AKC Registration Number
• Registered name
• Date of birth
• Permanent ID (Microchip or tattoo) Number
